Open Source SHP Builder 3.31 released!
. Anyway, here's 3.31's changelog:

- Added: AutoProof on 24Bit RGB Effects. You can now preview the result in your active window.
- Update: Cameo Generator short cut is now CTRL + G.
- Update: Program might run faster, although the difference will only be considerable with a high ammount of opened files.
- Bug Fix: Colours To Spare option at 24 Bits Colour Effects & Palette Conversion has been recoded and now it works perfectly.
- Bug Fix: Moving a selection to the border of the image will not longer cause access violation. And the operation can be undone.
- Bug Fix: If you insert a "-" alone in 24 Bit RGB Effects Red, Green and Blue spin edits, the program will no longer get an internal error.
- Bug Fix: 3.x versions allowed you to convert palette in a limited ammount of frames and in the selected area only if you edited these settings in the 24 Bit Effects or User Colour Replacement area, however, I've changed my mind about it and you can now set them inside the Palette Conversion.
- Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where the program would provide access violation when closing a file (specially after using a cameo generator) caused by the new cursor detection system.
- Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where the program would not reset the click if the user made a null selection. The consequence of this bug was things like brush painting automatically, eraser erasing automatically and some other wacky stuff that no longer happens.
