I have a unit that spawns 2 jets that attack targets but without them taking any damage they keep falling out of the sky and crashing, many times, on the unit that spawns them.

I also have an airfield that spawns the jets and the same thing happens also.

How can I stop this from happening ?

Remove AirportBound=yes, this tells the unit that it can only land on an airfield. Because it has been spawned it cant tho & as it cant find anywhere to land the unit kills itself.

BTW buildings that spawn aircraft have to have a foundation of 1x1 or 3x3 to work. Spawned aircraft can only land in the center of a cell, if you have a building with an even or asymmetric foundation then the center of the building will be at the edge of a cell.
