HI PEOPLE IM NEW TO MODDIN GAMES AND DAT, I HEAR A LOT OF PEOPLE SAYIN DAT TO EDIT DA GAME I GOTTA SEE SUM FILE CALLED Rules.ini....thing is my C&C folder DOES....NOT...HAVE....THIS....FILE so im stuck...can someone plz help me out on where i can download dis file or see it....anythin. plz help

you can find your ini files in local.mix located in tibsun.mix!  Smile
(to open mix files use XCC mixer!)
