Long time no see, everyone!
I'm here to show you the PLAC project, four years in the making. The aim of the PLAC project is to produce all the modern Chinese armaments, including some old ones as well as some of my fantasy ones. I have completed nearly 300 units as of today? Very Happy

Is the radar is an hva animation on the turret and using IdelRate to spin?
