Create MAD Nuke
Subject description: Create Nuke with MAD effects
I want create Foehn MAD effect in the Nuke, but when test I realize NUKEANIM and NUKEBALL disappeared. MAD effect appeared much much later after the Nuke explosion.
Thing that should be: Nuke launch from Silo (NAMISL) then little time later the missile go down (NukePayload) active NUKEBALL anim then explode (NUKEANIM) and create Shockwave (MAD) effect push out with Radiations.
