I'm sure you know as well as I do, the 'buildup' line of code is necessary for any building to be sold. Maybe, I'll put my really bad pipes make file up here with it.

Indeed, if you give Tech buildings a buildup, the AI ignores the "Sellable" tag and sells them anyway, because of course that's how it works. *glares at Westwood*

That can always be "fixed" with stupid workarounds, like giving AI a different faction with a parallel set of buildings . . .

Yep, it's still dumb AF and the "Sellable" tag should work, but again, AI rules are not Human rules.
