Squid Reaching Out Attack ?

I don't know if this is a mod, or it was in another game, but has anyone seen or known of a mod for this game that the squid has very long tentacles and can reach out if enemy units are close to the shore, grab them and destroy them ?

I've never seen/heard of the squid being changed so it can attack land units close to the shore. It wouldn't be that hard to edit the SquidPunch weapon so it can also attack land units though.
