Spawn something by specific warhead when killed?

We can spawn ore after warhead hits the ground but how to do it so only when killed? Like when infantry or units are killed then we got an ores.

You can give the unit a custom death weapon that spawns tib/ore debris.

Ares also added the tag TiberiumSpill= which will spawn tib/ore after a harvester/refinery is destroyed, the amount depends on how much it was carrying.

This isn't a very good idea to me, a bunch of ore after a battle can sound good, but will clutter the battlefield and could prevent rebuilding.

It’s just an example. I just want to know if I could get the specific death for being killed with specific warhead especially the units, infantry I can do.

So I can use Ares or Phobos afterwards to do something with it.

You can use InfDeath= on infantry to make them spawn different anims/effects depending on the type of warhead kills it. Ares expanded on this logic with the tag InfDeathAnim=.

The closest I can think of to getting the same effect working on units would be to use DeathWeapon.Suppress=. You would give the special unit you want to kill a custom DeathWeapon & then every warhead in the game would need DeathWeapon.Suppress= except for the one you want to trigger the special DeathWeapon.
