Full Crew Escaping ?

When I add Crewed=yes to naval units [except the Dolphin & Squid], when the ships are destroyed, a naval seal appears and attacks other ships nearby, blowing them up.

How can I set the game up to do the same but with full crew like a tank would have 3 to 5 crew survive and fight after their tank is destroyed and ships can have 30 crew members survive but 2 of them would be seals ?

Use Ares Survivor.Pilots= to set the amount of infantry spawned from a destroyed unit.
