I am making a mod for RA2 YR called Command & Conquer: Black Hand Elite Mod. This mod will be a total conversion of Tib Sun to RA2 YR. It will have over 40 new units, 7-15 new infantry, alot more new anims, some new buildings for all sides, new attacks, and it will be alot better than before.  It will also have new voices from Generals Z:H, Tib Sun, and Tiberium Dawn (TD), and some units from Generals like the Nuke Tank and Maruader Tank.
