Yes and also there are several other reasons behind that (some might be crazy, but they are also in it). I will list some below:
- Offtopic forums were requested by some members
- Gives inspiration for the mod (specially, the political one)
- Make people know each other better
- Increases activity in the forums

ur rearly pissing me off now STOP FUC KING EDITING MY POSTS, i hate it when ppl edit my posts wehn i HAVENT FUC KING BROKEN ANY FUC KING RULES.
Stop Violating My Posts, Moderators and admins should b stoping ppl volating rules not forcing there "Perspective" on ppl, if u violate posts ur a pritty screwed admin.

- Yes, you're right. You havent violated any rules, you havent flamed and nothing... but next time call us PPM. We are not PPM-R. It's the same thing that calling the Editing Source from Detail as Editing Source Phoenix because that name was temporaly (for less than a month) used after Editing Source split to show Detail's side of Editing Source.
