Almost all units have been redesigned and rebalanced.
A lot has been redone, and a lot of new ones have been added.
Secret protocols have been completely rethought:
Allies have a choice of 4 destructive styles and rely much on them
The Empire chooses the path of progress and improves in it
The Union is free to receive powerful tools if it can "pay" for them
The production system has been significantly changed
now there are four common types:
ground
water
tactical support
experimental vehicles
The construction of the base has also changed:
Allies choose and combine from 3 directions.
Bio laboratories, intelligence, and technologies of the alliance countries.
The Empire is extremely dependent on energy and relies on large groups of repair robots for defense.
The Union provides basic energy needs at the expense of Ore Refinery
and uses a mobile Salvage Crane for expansion
Damage calculation is also updated.
The table of damage multipliers can be seen in the main menu and (?) tooltip.
All tooltips improved:
Ore mining was fully automated.
Also, the mines are depleted faster,
but depleted mines work at half the normal efficiency.
Added three options for AI combining technologies of different fractions.
Changed the difficulty. Determines the size and quality of the army, not the economy.
