This unit is the Chrono Legionnaire without the teleport ability and with a laser instead.

The problem is that no unit can target it even if they are right in front of it unless I do it manually.

How do I fix this ?

Could have something to do with the missing Strength tag? I'm not quite sure what the default value is or how it affects the game, but it seems to be the only glaring issue I can see.
