gufu sent me a PM with a bunch of questions in it
here are the answers

Will ally side have any change?
yes but the allied side will remain generaly the same as it was in unmodded YR with the exeption of a few country special changes

Will soviet side have any changes?
the soviet side will at a later date be replaced with another alien race most proberly cybermen

Wil daleks in future will be 4th (or 3rd in RA 2)side in Yuri's revenge?
No daleks simply replace Yuri as a side

Will daleks have special country's?
almost certainly not as daleks are generaly a united force (with the expetion of the rebel daleks)

Will daleks be in multiplayer?
yes

Will daleks have engeener like unit?
No daleks do not have an engineer as they wouldnt want to use inferior tenchology

What is daleks superweapons?
genetic mutator and psychic dominator but their names and graphics will be changed as will the genetic mutator unit.

Will prime yuri will be replaced?
yes daleks will have a hero unit that will not be disclosed at this time

Will daleks gonna have yuri's tank or you will change them?
all yuri units have or will be replaced by authentic dalek ones

What kind of defence building do they have?
daleks have 2 defensive buildings the neutron tower that fires beams of high intensity radiaton at targets (rather like a massive desolator gun) and the ionic laser which while able to attack land based targets sucks at it but can pwn aircraft
