Hello everyone! A new version of C&C Power Play has been released today by NeverLoseGuy. C&C Power Play is a total conversion modification for Command & Conquer Generals: Zero Hour. It comes with 5 original factions (Vulkan, Fulgura, Lamina, Solisia and Demons) and several new units and gameplay quirks to deal with. The changes from C&C Power Play 1.4.4 were announced with the following words:

CHANGELOG V.1.4.4

GLOBAL
- All artillery units now have a minimum attack range of 100.
- All units will now play various sound effects upon death.
- AI units no longer tries to crush other vehicles if they are large enough.
- Updated the missile behavior to be more akin to Scorpion's stinger missiles.

- Increased the cooldown of Ambush skills from 2 to 4 minutes.
- Increased the time before Sudden Death from 15 to 20 minutes.
- Decreased Tier 3 upgrade cost from 50000 to 30000.






SOLISIA
- Cupid gains a new ability to disarm a vehicle, preventing it from attacking other units.
- Bishop's weapon no longer has "oof" sound effects, instead, the sound is now part of the death effects (see above).

- Adjusted the build time across the board:
- Prophet's build time remains unchanged.
- Decreased Zealot's build time from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Crusader's build time from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Decreased Cupid's build time from 5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Warden's build time from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Decreased Priest's build time from 10 to 5 seconds.
- Decreased Bishop's build time from 10 to 5 seconds.

- Increased Warden's missile weapon damage from 100 to 125.
- Decreased Warden's missile weapon cooldown from 8000 to 6000.
- Increased Cupid's damage buff towards allies from 150% to 200%.
- Increased Priest's weapon damage from 100 to 150.






VULKAN
- Fixed a bug that prevented Vulkanic AI from upgrading its Command Center in Normal difficulty.
- Pugnax' "aaaaah" sound is now audible for all players.

- Adjusted the build time across the board:
- Decreased Whiplash and Fake Whiplash's build times from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Ignis and Double-Barreled Ignis' build time from 2.5/5 to 2/4 seconds, respectively.
- Decreased Ignis Prime's build time from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Robus' build time remains unchanged.
- Decreased Servus' build time from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Decreased Bothynus' build time from 10 to 5 seconds.
- Decreased Pugnax' build time from 10 to 5 seconds.

- Increased Whiplash's cannon weapon damage from 20 to 25.

- Increased Ignis Prime's weapon damage radius from 10 to 25.
- Decreased Ignis Prime's weapon scatter radius from 20 to 5.
- Decreased Bothynus' weapon cooldown from 2000 to 1500.
- Decreased Bothynus' weapon damage radius from 50 to 25.
- Increased Pugnax' weapon damage from 100 to 125.
- Decreased Pugnax' weapon damage radius from 50 to 25.
- Increased Pugnax' weapon cooldown from 750 to 1000.






FULGURA
- Updated Defender's weapon sound again.
- Defender and Spotter gain the ability to convert themselves onto one another.
- Peacemaker and Shieldbreaker's force field weapon now disables all kinds of projectiles minus ballistic shells and hitscan-based weapons.

- Adjusted the build time across the board:
- Decreased Defender's build time from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Spotter's build time from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Enforcer's build time from 5 to 4 seconds.
- Decreased Lawmaker's build time from 7.5 to 6 seconds.
- Increased Peacemaker's build time from 7.5 to 8 seconds.
- Decreased Watcher's build time from 10 to 8 seconds.
- Decreased Shieldbreaker's build time from 15 to 8 seconds.

- Increased Defender's weapon damage from 40 to 50.
- Increased Spotter's vision range from 400 to 500.
- Standardized Peacemaker and Shieldbreaker's force field weapon speed to 1000.
- Decreased Watcher's weapon scatter radius from 25 to 50.
- Decreased Shieldbreaker's weapon damage radius from 50 to 25.






LAMINA
- Marksman and Ripper Rats are now accounted for victory conditions.
- Updated the sound effects when a Fake Rat yeets itself to somewhere.
- Updated Cobra's cameo.
- Cobra's missile weapon no longer has "bruh" sound effects upon detonation. Instead, the sound is now part of the death effects (see above).
- Boa has been moved down to Tier 2 from Tier 3, allowing earlier access.
- Lion's missile and giant rocket weapons now have a minimum attack range of 100.
- Increased the size of Lion's rocket for visual clarity.

- Adjusted the build time across the board:
- Standard Rat and Fake Rat's build times remain unchanged.
- Decreased Marksman and Ripper Rats' build times from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Cobra's build time from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Python's build time from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Decreased Boa's build time from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Decreased Warthog's build time from 10 to 5 seconds.
- Decreased Toad's build time from 10 to 5 seconds.
- Decreased Lion's build time from 10 to 5 seconds.

- Decreased Standard, Fake, and Marksman Rat's build costs from 750/1500/1250 to 500/1000/1000 respectively.
- Decreased Ripper Rat's weapon damage radius from 20 to 15.
- Increased Ripper Rat's weapon scatter radius from 20 to 30.
- Increased Python's build cost from 2000 to 2500.
- Decreased Python's turn rate from 120 to 90.
- Decreased Boa's build cost from 3000 to 2500.
- Increased Boa's weapon damage from 100 to 150.
- Decreased Boa's weapon range from 250 to 200.
- Increased Boa's health from 1000 to 1200.
- Decreased Toad's weapon damage radius from 50 to 25.
- Decreased Toad's health from 800 to 750.
- Increased Toad's movement speed from 20 to 30.
- Decreased Lion's build cost from 10000 to 5000.
- Decreased Lion's missile weapon damage radius from 50 to 25.
- Decreased Lion's giant rocket weapon speed from 200 to 150.
- Increased Lion's giant rocket weapon damage from 300 to 500.
- Increased Lion's health from 1000 to 1200.






INFERNUS
- Updated Harbinger's cameo.
- Updated Hellstorm's visual aesthetics.
- There is now an alarm whenever a Hellstorm calls its meteor to attack.
- Adjusted the detonation effect of Doomsday.

- Adjusted the build time across the board:
- Decreased Termite's build time from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Scarab's build time from 2.5 to 2 seconds.
- Decreased Harbinger's build time from 7.5 to 4 seconds.
- Decreased Vanguard's build time from 7.5 to 6 seconds.
- Decreased Hellstorm's build time from 10 to 6 seconds.
- Decreased Baron's build time from 15 to 8 seconds.
- Decreased Doomsday's build time from 15 to 8 seconds.

- Decreased Termite's weapon range from 200 to 150.
- Increased Harbinger's weapon damage radius from 5 to 15.
- Increased Vanguard's weapon damage radius from 5 to 15.
- Decreased Vanguard's weapon scatter radius from 20 to 5.
- Increased Hellstorm's weapon damage from 300 to 400.
- Decreased Hellstorm's weapon damage radius from 50 to 25.
- Decreased Hellstorm's weapon scatter radius from 75 to 25.
- Increased the projectile speed of Hellstorm's meteor weapon.
- Decreased Baron's weapon damage radius from 50 to 25.
- Increased Doomsday's weapon damage radius from 460 to 500.
