I'm looking to add screams to the burning animation, but I can't figure out what the name of the animation is in the Art file.

The name is literally called "FLAMEGUY" and designated for the burning infantry death by the "FlamingInfantry" tag in [General]

So if you want to tweak it, you can put the scream sound on the FLAMEGUY animation or if you have a new animation entirely, just point FlamingInfantry to that instead.
