If you are using PD's patches on your mod, it's highly recommendable to update it. He released the version 1.004 on tuesday. Here's the changelog:

v1.04:
- CellSpread for Warheads re-limited to 120 (fairly enough) to speed up the game
- Sight limit increased to 120 as well.
- Possibility to enable the log-file writing using the "-log" command for ra2md.exe
- Colors dropdown list in the Skirmish menu customizable
- Image of the Spyplane & number of incoming Spyplanes customizable
- Loadscreen text color for Yuri determinable by using ThirdLoad=
- "Every InfDeath below 9 ends up in a mutation"-bug fixed.

There is supposed to be a picture on the tutorial to enable the log but its not there????

I think you run ra2md.exe -log.

He made a tutorial, but I don't know if it has or it is suposed to have any pictures. However, the tutorials words explain very well how to make a log file.
