OpenTTD 13.4 has been released!

Hello ladies and gentlemen! A new version of OpenTTD has been published recently. For those unaware of what is being written here, OpenTTD is an open-source re-creation of Transport Tycoon Deluxe, a business simulation game where you control a transport company. OpenTTD extends the experience of Transport Tycoon Deluxe with bigger map sizes, customizable artificial intelligence bots, downloadable customizations, ports for several operating systems, support for many languages, etc. Here is the official announcement from OpenTTD's staff about OpenTTD 13.4:

It’s been a while since we’ve seen a .4 release, but quite a few people have reported a crash when a news item appears while a drop-down menu is open.

Here’s a fix for that, plus a few other fixes completed since the last release.
