Open Source Voxel Viewer 1.5 released!
Two tools in one day? No, you are not dreaming and we are not joking with you! These tools were actually finished for a long time... at least the HVA Builder was. OS Voxel Viewer received some recent work from Stucuk. This version (1.5) has few aditional features, new grounds from Carnotaurus and few bug fixes. Stu actually remade the unreleased 1.4 tool and, recently, he added some lighting settings, which wasn't documented properly in the program. You can set up ambient and difuse lighting, so you can get results like the pictures below:
Anyway, since the last version was 1.3, here's the changelog of 1.4 and 1.5:
1.5
- revisions by Stucuk:
- Comment: Remade program
1.4
- revisions by Stucuk:
- Added: Field of View and Distance options added
- Added: Movement box added so user can change the amount the camera moves
- Added: Unit Rotation and Unit Shift has been added
- Changed: The defult view is now "Game TS/RA2"
- Fixed: Screenshot unit(Opengl -> TBitmap) replaced by Son Of Satins
- Fixed: Voxel count now gives out correct readings"
We recommend you to update your Voxel Viewer to this version. You can download it HERE. Support for this tool is available at CnC Editing Tools Forum.
If you have a site, feel free to mirror it in one day. In the first day, this tool is exclusive for PPM. And don't forget to credit Stucuk for this tool, since I haven't done anything on its development other than test it.
