Copy of NPatch CHM or Docs?

Looking for a working copy of NPatch CHM or Docs? Apparently, the CHM file I downloaded before got corrupted. Anyone with an existing copy, that would be a great help.

@Mig, thanks for responding.

My concern is multiple virus vendors flagged this as malware or something. Not sure if it is a legitimate positive, or a targeted false reporting against NPatch, given its history. Pardon me, it's the only way I see to describe it's situation. Or maybe this is just false positive? All Npatch exes, the site and CHMs in VKs site are flagged as malware by multiple vendors. This was not the same ten years ago, given that most if not all modders used those files. Maybe someone can shed a light on this?

That's why I'm looking into anyone with a copy of the docs? LH Mouse also once had a doc file for NPatch AE afaik.

Also, there was once a site that had the expanded or revised documentation of NPatch for AE and SE. It's the most comprehensive afaik. That site no longer works, even wayback machine is of no help. Hoping someone might share a copy of those documents. Thanks!

It's most likely a false positive, NPatch works by hacking & modifying the game.exe to add new features in a similar way that a virus would try to edit & corrupt a program, so lot of anti-virus software will flag it as a threat. You'll need to whitelist NPatch with your anti-virus program so it doesn't block it.

NPatch was superseded by Ares a long time ago & isn't supported any more. The only reason to use it is if you are trying to play an old mod that only works with NPatch?

Thanks for clarifying.

I made an unreleased mod back in the day. It's pretty heavy in code and I do not have the luxury of time (due to work) to move to another engine.

Also, NPatch SE works flawlessly with it. I just came back to modding, but just found out that all my npatch docs were corrupted due to HDD error. So I'm stuck with finding the necessary guide to editing my mod. Anyone who can assist getting the updated npatch docs, especially those from http://www.editing-source.net/pages/npatchdocs/, would really be a big help.

To be honest, not sure if it's allowed here (if not allowed please disregard), I can happily tip if someone can furnish a copy of a working copy of that site doc.

This will help greatly. Only thing that remains are the feature guide in NPatch Extended edition (by @LH_Mouse). Hope someone can post that revised doc, or maybe a working copy of http://www.editing-source.net/pages/npatchdocs/.
