Where is The MachineShop ?
Anyone know where the SHP files for the Machine Shop are located ?
I can't seem to find them.
I don't know why like other games all files weren't put in proper order ?
Like in Homeworld 2 every thing was in a labeled folder and did not have to peck and hunt.
At the XCC Utilites site it sez that Temperat=This has the building and building animations for the temperate maps
The machine shop is called CAMACH but its not there QUICK_EDIT
How are you asking this question after months of people helping you with mixes? You should have figured this out in the first week.
NewTheater=yes buildings change the second letter of the name according to the theater, and they'll be in the corresponding isoxxxx.mix inside ra2/ra2md.mix..
What you don't understand is that I suffer from memory problems so I don't remember things and can forget something that I just did 5 minutes ago.
Thats why it took me years to learn how to make a map in this game.
For me the file system of this game is very convoluted.
And since XCC does not show the name of the open MIX file on top, I tend to forget that I just opened that file and will open it again several times looking for the file.
So CAMACH is what the name is on a temperate map when I place the cursor over it and that is what I was looking for but you say its CTMACH and I believe you but I opened all of the mix files that start with ISO and I don't see any CTMACH
Also the FIND function in XCC does not work because I tried it and nothing happens.
AM I missing any other file that starts with ISO cause I don't find it in these.
