Hi everyone! Reinforcements have arrived at Tech-Shuffle. Ballistic_Gel has recently made Tech-Shuffle 2.11 available for download. For those who are not acquainted with it, Tech-Shuffle is a modification for Red Alert 3 that shapes the game according to the vision of the author. Expect new units, balance changes, new graphics, and much more. Here is the official announcement from Tech-Shuffle's staff about Tech-Shuffle 2.11:
