That's probably because it was never ingame. Probably in the 'always' file.

It's too bad that all of those other multiplayer gamemods didn't make it in Renegade. Mutants sounded fun.

There also seems to be a 4th side, called 'Chicken'. This faction was probably going to be like TD's Dinos, or RA1's Ants.

CTF's ingame under many servers. Namely XpHaze's CTF with SBHs for both sides(gay) and Ramjets. =\
