Robo Tank Factory & Miner Sound ?

I want to create and new building for the RoboTanks, but I want them to come out of the building and not from the regular factory.

I had this before, but I can't find it.
There was a tutorial on how to enable the sound of the miners gathering Ore.

For 2, you can probably give the ore gathering animation a sound like any other animation with the Report tag in the art ini. You can even grab Phobos and use the customizable harvest animations to set a sound on a tiberium-type basis (ore/gems in RA2).

I downloaded the Phobos.DLL & Phobos.pdb now are there supposed to be more files and how do I use them ?

Phobos similarly to Ares adds more stuff to happen when running alongside Ares. Consult the Phobos Docs for how to set up their new stuff.
