Phobos Build 38 is out for testing!

Comrade General and Yur's Revenge modders out there! An important piece of news escaped our radar at the end of last month. Starkku has announced a new version of Phobos called Phobos Build 38. For those unfamiliar with it, Phobos extends the modding features from Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge and, unlike Ares, is completely open-source. Here is what we know about Phobos Build 38:

Changes compared to build 37:
Migration info:
Air and Top layer contents are no longer sorted, and animations in these layers no longer respect YSortAdjust. Animations attached to flying units now get their layer updated immediately after the parent unit. If they are on the same layer, they will draw above the parent unit.
Phobos fixes:
Fixed DetonateOnAllMapObjects behaving erratically or potentially crashing if it destroys buildings using Ares' advanced rubble (by Starkku)
Fixed game crashing on loading save games if the saved game state had active radiation sites (by Starkku)
Fixed a desync error caused by air/top layer sorting (by Starkku)
Fixes/interactions with other extensions:
All forms of type conversion (including Ares') now correctly update OpenTopped state of passengers in transport that is converted (by Starkku)
