What causes copy image failed error in XCC Mixer?

What causes copy image failed error in XCC Mixer? Can't convert PCX or PNG image sequences to SHP TS. The filenames are correctly named like "filename 0000.pcx", but the conversion does not work. Anyone got some idea how to fix it? XCC Mixer is 1.46 btw. Thanks!

You select the first image that is with 0000, not all images.

Latest XCC Mixer version is 1.47. It would be better to use SHP Builder or Image Shaper.

All the PCX files need to be the same (canvas) size and have a pallet applied too or it will fail to copy as SHP.
