Aloha! E1 Elite, the leader of MapResize, has recently released MapResize 1.0.4.0. MapResize is a tool made to resize maps of Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2. It was created to bypass the shortcomings of FinalSun/FinalAlert2, being unable to resize beyond the maximum size limitation of these map editors. It doesn't process tunnels, smudges, base nodes, etc., and it doesn't clean up well. It runs on Windows OS with .Net 4.0.  Here is the official announcement from MapResize:
