C&C Tiberian Dawn Remastered – Changing pictures for units in the sidebar (Rules.ini working)

Good day,

I would like to change or add pictures to existing units described in the Rules.ini.
Any way to do that?

I am using the New Construction Options Mod for a working Rules.ini and I play only Skirmish mode.

Also, I would like to 'activate' units and buildings described in the Rules.ini and I would like to add pictures to those in the side bar.
Examples: Hospital/Bioweapons factory, the dinos and others.
That works perfectly, but without pictures in the sidebar, it looks … unsound.

There's plenty of mods in the workshop that add new stuff, so, see how they do that part? It should all be in the GlyphX side of things, so, stuff inside xml and json files.
