Should Britain become the only country in D-Day to be able to build base-defense structures on water? (Like in Red Alert 3), Anti-Infantry machine gun would be useless on the wide & open sea to destroy enemy vessels (Except if they're built near the shore or bridges to shoot at any approaching infantries), Anti-Air (Like the one from the picture below) ,Anti-Armor & Long-Range Howitzer defense would still be useful to protect the waters around the player's base (Too bad, The British never designed a Depth Charge/Torpedo Launcher for those sea forts to combat enemy vessels).

OK, But for Britain, Will their "Naval Defense" looks like this? (What is shown here is the "Navy Style Fort", While the one above is a "Army Style Fort").

Should all countries in D-Day be able to build "Pontoon" as a mean to cross a body of waters or to make a solid ground for the vehicles & aircrafts to land on it (The Pontoons can be repaired, sold & destroyed by the player).

Its not possible to build bridges, they are terrain objects that have to be pre-placed in the map editor and cant be built by the player in-game.

Should the power plant, radar, battle lab be able to be built on water too? Or this idea is unhistorical & unrealistic?

No...

You can't make buildings buildable on both land and water (like Red Alert 3), you would have to make copies of each building specifically for water.

This would fill up the sidebar with duplicates and require editing every unit so it would recognize both the land and water versions of a building.

"Country that doesn't have battleship like Hungary & Poland will have Minelayer instead", So this means Britain (And other countries too) will builds Naval Mines from the "Construction Yard"? (The naval mine shown in the picture below is the "Mark XVII Contact Naval Mine").

All sides will be able to lay naval mines around their shipyard via a support power superweapon. There is also a land mine support power that works the same way but obviously on land and limited to near your base.
