I don't know if mods changed the speed of their paradrops but it looks a lot faster compare to the original game or at least it looks like it.
I've tried searching "Paradrop" in RulesMD.ini, Ares, and Phobos and I couldn't find any that would be about the speed in which the infantry would drop.
