A semi related question, does anyone know how to make a unit spawn a wreck upon being destroyed? I want to make salvageable mechs like in CnC3.

You need the Ares and Phobos expansions, you can then use DestroyAnim= on the unit and CreateUnit= on the anim to make a civilian wreck. You can then give an engineer CanDrive= so it can capture the wreck.

Thank you, I'll give it a try once I get back to my modding PC.

Another question that probably warrants a separate thread, but is it possible to do something similar for infantry so that they leave behind a body on the ground upon "death" that can be recovered by a medic unit/auto resurrect after a set time?

I forgot to mention you need to add Convert.ComputerToHuman= to the wreak, so when the engineer captures the wreck you can change it back to the original version of the unit.

I think you could make infantry "wrecks" with Kratos, but AFAIK its not currently possible with Ares or Phobos.
