Is there a walkthrough for mission preconditions? I am stuck at Route B, Mission 11. There two preconditions there, but i checked everywhere in previous missions and couldn't unlock anything.

Precondition #1:

In Route B#09, spy the radar in the enemy base either before or after entering the Tech Center.

In Route B#10, explore the south of the map. There is an ore truck to discover, make sure it stays alive and complete the mission as normal.
