I have two maps, a map named YRITU01.map and another named SOVAPOC02.map. SOVAPOC02.map uses the DarkRed color in [Color] for text triggers.
I assume its because maps with SOVXXX.map in the name makes the map use DarkRed for text triggers.
So I changed YRITU01.map to YURITU01.map to see which color in [Color] is being used for purple for maps with YURXXX.map in the name.
It still uses the default Allied color for text triggers. I changed the name again from YURITU01.map to SOVITU01.map but instead of changing the color to DarkRed,
it still uses the default Allied colors.

I assumed putting SOV, YUR, TUT, etc. would affect the color of the text triggers and
that's how Mental Omega was able to have different colors for text triggers for each faction and it's limited to only four.

I also based on this: https://ares-developers.github.io/Ares-docs/ui-features/campaignloadscreen.html#text-color

I know it's about Loading Screen but I couldn't find anything related to color of the text trigger and it worked
for SOVAPOC02.map in actually changing the color to DakrRed

I would also like to know if it is possible to change the color of the text triggers where there are two different color for different text trigger is used.
For example, a Soviet with text trigger color is DarkRed  and another Soviet with an Orange text trigger color in the same .map file.

AFAIK the text colour is based on the owner of the trigger and the Color= tag used by that house.

Sorry, I found out what the problem was. I was making a reply here where I give the code and a screenshot of the trigger, then I found out what the problem was.
I had originally used a code from Ares here:https://ares-developers.github.io/Ares-docs/new/sidescountries/uiside.html?highlight=messagetextcolor, and it was used on the [ThirdSide].
I forgot about it and when I was making the reply the color on MessageTextColor= was 11_Violet but the one listed on [Colors] was 11_DarkViolet.

The Color= didn't do anything about the trigger text but maybe that was because of Ares and checking the map and having the appropriate MessageTextColor= for [ThirdSide],
it looks like it wouldn't matter which House is put on the Trigger Option because I just changed one for the text trigger to Yuri and the rest were the default America

Though, I still don't know if I could use a different color for the same map for different text triggers.
Like I said, the House in Trigger Options doesn't seem to affect the color of the text trigger at all.

To change text trigger colors in maps, the map name prefix (like SOV or YUR) doesn't always control the text color. For custom colors per trigger, you'd likely need to script each text trigger separately using specific mods or tools, as default game settings don't support multiple colors for triggers within a single map.
