Hello,

this mod is very great & makes fun, thanks for this!

I play Skirmish and modified a map so I have all 4 sides from the beginning. Along with 4 Barracks & 4 Weapons Factories, adding Super Weapons and/or Air Units, not everything that's buildable appears. By selling some Production Buildings like  the Barracks and rebuilding Runways or Helipads the Air Units appear buildable; same happens with Super Weapons that must appear but aren't shown.

So there must be a limit how much Units, along with Super Weapons, are shown.

I know that this situation normally never happens in "normal" play.

Glad to hear that you enjoy the mod!

Unfortunately, there is a fundamental limitation in the Tiberian Sun game engine where you can only have 75 icons in the sidebar at a time.

Extending the limit would take a lot of work. Considering the relatively little benefit - as you mentioned, you never need so many icons during normal gameplay - it is unlikely we will be spending the time to fix this in the future.

Yes, this mod makes very much fun! Thanks for the reply. I think it would be important to mention this on the mod page.

It could be possible to save some icons by presenting only 1 Minigunner (instead of 2), 1 Rifle Infantery (instead of 2), 1 Grenadier (instead of 2), 1 Rocket Soldier (instead of 4), 1 Flamethrower (instead of 2) if they do not have special abilities depending on the side. This would save 6 valuable slots. All other units do not have duplicates.

The different infantry have different voices and weapon sounds due to differences between Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert 1 factions.
