Hello, I am on mission 16B and currently missing the 1st precondition beside the neo-Soviet one. I would like to ask for the condition on how to unlock it since I still can't find it after checking previous missions. Thanks.

There is a truck in B#15 that Nod sends to the Government base at one point early on. The truck moves through the very southern edge of the map. Intercept the truck and then finish the mission to unlock the precondition. It's intentionally a bit hard to catch.

I didn't want to create another post because I was looking for some answers.

However, has someone found the preconditions for CRB #13: Confiscation?

I know I got one (save the ore truck), but the other is a mystery. I replayed the last two missions differently, but haven't unlocked the precondition.

Anyone know what it is?

Play B#09 again. There is something else in the base - in addition to the tech center - that can be spied.
