I just started to add a new warehouse, but it shows up in the editor but won't show up in the game.

Originally it was called cgnewy21adam, but I changed it to canewy23.
Bugsey had hooked it up for me so it worked on his system, as you can see from the ingame picture.

Yes I do.
It was that the file had no snow art, so I had to change the first to letters from CA to CG.

It keeps saying "Failed sending email :: PHP :: " when I try to respond to your PM. But I can respond here, I guess.

I think the problem is your filename "canewy23"
The second letter ("a") designates the theatre that file will be used in. A represents arctic/snow maps. It'll only be used in snow maps. And your screenshot looks like an urban or newurban map.

"g" means generic, which is what the game defaults to if it doesn't have an appropriate theatre for the building.
New urban is n, and urban is u.

Of course this means you'll have multiple files for the same building. The buildings I'm working on at the moment have 4. G, A, N, and U. So for you, this would be
cgnewy23.shp (generic)
canewy23.shp (arctic/snow)
cnnewy23.shp (new urban)
cunewy23.shp (urban)
You can just copy/paste your original file and rename it each time but remember to put the rubble frame back in on the right palette for each theatre.

Since I don't have a specific theatre art for my building for desert/lunar/temperate, it'll just default to using the G-named version for those theatres.

Note that you don't need to adjust your ini code. The building should still be [CANEWY23] even if the file is cgnewy23.shp
