I downgraded to 1.39.291 and still broken... back to 2018 we go! heh

It wasn't the latest build. It was the build that I placed on PPM's birthday, which converted the executable to 64 bits. Anyway, 1.39.294 should fix this problem.

I used the latest SVN build the first time when I reported it, I went back a few versions to verify and that was broken too.
