Exactly what the title says.
I recently installed ReShade 6.3.3 in my TS mod (using TSClient 6.05k and TS-DDRAW OGL renderer). And since then, tooltips in-game simply don't work anywhere neither sidebar, not battle screen. I checked all the options inis and tooltips are in fact turned on, but only start working again if I uninstall ReShade. So, I believe the problem is either the renderer or ReShade itself, as when I alt+tab out of the game and just hover over the game window the tooltips work again, but if I click the game window they're gone again.

So the question is, has anybody come across this problem before? and know how I could fix it?

I looked everywhere for some sort of answer, but couldn't find it. Mods like Warzone and Rubicon use ReShade and they don't have this problem at all so I'm confused.
I also checked the ReShade fx load order and that ain't the issue either, because even if I turn off all the effects and the game is literally just vanilla with ReShade installed, tooltips are still broken
