Hello! In need of assistance with exitcoords. Wanted to know if it's possible to fix.

I inserted the flags "Armory=yes" "Ammo=999" to the original barracks (GAPILE/NAHAND)to test it out, without changing any other codes.

The units run to the center of the map, sometimes "center" of the base or close to the deployed mcv.

would there be way to have a building that has "factory=infantrytype" to also be an "armory=yes" without the trained units moving away so far?

In my old copy that uses NPatch it works without problems, unit that's trained is spawned normally, not running around anywhere.

But I've long since moved to Ares, in their documentation it says

"Infantry did not exit Armory=yes buildings properly and could get stuck. This has been fixed and infantry now exits the building normally without jamming the queue of units to enter."

I tried all sorts of exit cords I've found and the default, still the same result. Also I've tried putting files for all theaters on a new building I've tested it on, same result.

Are there any special tags maybe with ares that I'm not aware of that might be able to fix this?

Any way to fix the Exitcoord for an infantry/armory barracks?

Thank you for any response!

In my 24 years of modding RA2 I've never seen or heard of this bug before.

The bug that ares fixed was that originally infantry would exit at the center of the building which would then blocked the entrance for the next infantry so you had to manually move them away one at a time to make way.

I'd suggest making a new building with just Armory=yes, Ammo=999 and GDIBarracks=yes and without Factory=InfantryType and see if it works.
