Naming AI Player ?

Is there a way to give the AI player a custom name so that in the menu, intead of it reading BRUTAL AI, it would say a custom name like General Petrov ?
That way when you defeat that AI player, the game would read General Petrov has been defeated.

You can change the text used for the AI difficulty level by editing the string in the csf file. But you can't give each individual AI a unique name.

I like this feature in the game EARTH 2150 where you can name each of the 15 AI's
