HSB to RGB Converter ?

Anyone know of a proper HSB TO RGB converter that actually works ?

The ones that I find say HSL or HSV but the codes that they give me ends in a grey color instead of the deep pink that I'm after.

If I put this HSB code 308,90%, 95% the color come out black and if I use a RGB code its either gray or some wierd murky swamp green color.

The games uses 0-255 instead of the normal 0-100% HSV values.

You can find a RGB to HSV tool that works for RA2 here.
