Some bug regarding vehicles that deploy into structures
hello, i'm new here, just wanna ask how to fix some bug i encountered.
ok, here's my story
i'm working on my mod for quite some time now
i've added 2 deployable vehicles (deploying into structures)
than i saw a tutorial "How not to break the campaigns
in you mod" at Cannis, i followed method 2 that you have to
add your new building types into multiplayer override files
here's where it starts:
my vehicle: "Siege Tank" is supposed to deploy into a structure
easy give it DeploysInto= and UndeploysInto= in the structure
part works fine but im having trouble w/ the AI
ive added that vehicle into the a multiplayer control file
(MPxxxxxMD.INI)
[VehicleTypes]
50=GASIEGE ;allied siege tank
[BuildingTypes]
xxxx=GASIEGE2 ;Delpoyed siege tank
[GASIEGE]
..
..
.blah blah
[GASIEGE2]
..
..
.blah blah
works fine but tha AI builds so many of them!
as if there was the 100+ units bug
before that i moved all the unbuildable (civilian) units
to [VehicleTypes] slots 101-xxx to add more units and supposedly
avoid that ai bug
ive also tried that Siege Chopper thingy
"IsSimpleDeployer=yes" for my tank but it didnt work
it just deploys into an empty 1x1 structure QUICK_EDIT
yes, it works fine before, it just screwed up when i moved it into the multiplayer ini files to avoid the campaign bug _________________ </br> QUICK_EDIT
