its ok, but i dont like the design much, if its gonna be the main powerplant then its a bit overpowered dont you think?

but if its a starting powerplant, people wont want to wait for there powerplant to build while the're enemy who've paid a couple of hundred for theirs is building an army and is about to kill them.
