Just a thought,

Would a MCV be an Emperor Dalek like thing?

And would the barracks look like it has one of them Dalek eyestalks? (any unit which would produce Dalek has eyestalks?)

yes because you would jam your emperor into a big assed battle wouldnt you?
no the dalek MCV will just be a MCV. if you want to see progress dont ask me ask knightmare/judaeu to make me some models.
