I've been trying my very hardest to make this mod as graphically impressive as possible and I've currently been working on doing voxel debris. As some of you may know, units in TS were supposed to have this original concept of pieces flying off when destroyed, but it was never really taken as far as it could have. I've been re-enabling the effect for certain units, each with different styles of explosion and debris paths. This is by far one of the mod fun ones to watch. Although the file is a bit big for 56K users (191KB), that shouldn't stop you from watching Wink.

Discuss here, where I will hopefully be posting up some other animations of debris soon, if I get the time.

the problem is that the origin is at the bottom of the bike so that it sits correctly on the ground however when it spins in midair from that origin point it looks ridiculous because it's supposed to spin from the middle of the model somewhere and not the bottom extremity of the model.

AttachedSystem=SmallGreySSys
You can change that for any particle system I believe, but using SparkSys caused a crash, oddly enough.

From a pure physics perspective:
L(angular momentum) = I(moment of inertia) x w(angular velocity) = Contant About Centre Of Mass (If A Free Body)

In other words, your centre of mass for the bike is @ the bottom extremity of the model - which makes it a bit strange, unless for some reason the weight distribution/density is at the rear of the bike.

Totally agree with vipr!

But it does look good - no doubt about it.

hmmm one comment on this...............ok two
1 : it shouldn't fly straight up  add some xy velocity
2: don't make it fly that high it's unrealistic
