Well, in my opinion it mostly sucks. The planet has no depth, the rings are pixellated and gross, and the starfield is abysmal. I hate to be harsh, but try to do better next time.

Fancy, but far from a masterpiece...

Why? Because:

A. Red doesnt combine with cyan naturally, its too agressive. Try red with white, yellow or black. Or cyan with spectral blue or teal. Try different light values of those colors.
B. Think of a composition - co-location of objects/elements and their size/shape relations to each other.
C. You should either get rid of most of those elements or make them more transparent, because its hard too see something clear on that picture.

They all look like vector sigs to me.

Try to do something different like grunge style, there nice imo.

Also, go to some tutorial site, Photoshop can do real good stuff so you need to learn to control some of the more advanced tools.

I like the Wallpaper but its a tiny bit over the top with the tech brushes.

As for the new sig well i like that too, i kinda like the way the render doesnt blend but i think you should try to blend it next time.
