C&C Community Awards - Voting has started!
The only event that I've missed in the lastest news post about the C&C 10th Anniversary Celebration is the C&C Community Awards. On this event, public will vote for the sites they prefer on the following categories:
- Best Webmaster,
- Best Vice Webmaster,
- Best Article Writer,
- Best News Poster,
- Best Overall Site,
- Most Innovative Site,
- Best Downloads Site,
- Best News Site,
- Best Mod Site,
- Most Improved Site,
- Best Newcomer,
- Best Site Layout/Most User Friendly,
- Most Creative Modding Site,
- Best Community.
The nominations were made by webmasters and staff and I'm proud to say that Project Perfect Mod is a candidate on six categories! They are:
- Best Webmaster (myself),
- Best Overall Site,
- Most Innovative Site,
- Best Mod Site,
- Most Creative Modding Site,
- Best Community.
Of course, there are great candidates and I doubt PPM will get half of it. Lion is a great webmaster, Halogen has a superb site with a great design, Revora has a great and huge community, etc. But move your ass and VOTE! Vote for those who really deserve it! I've done a lot of efforts to make PPM a cool, original and creative as you see today. And what we've got so far wasn't done only by myself, but by all of you! Thanks a lot for making PPM the great community it is today! If we get a prize or not, I'm already very happy with 6 nominations! Just make sure to go there, visit the sites that are competing and try to make an unbiased vote, helping the C&C community to be better and get more recognition.
Also, congratulations for Clazzy for being nominated for his recent set of news on Savage War. TiberiumSun also had one nomination over there! Congrats to The DvD too. And also congrats for Flak (CnC Depot) for the great job he did over there. Same goes for Chickendippers, Dario, Hexetic for their sites and... I'd better stop now or I won't stop writting! That's all, folks! QUICK_EDIT

Well you deserve some of those awards, I believe. Hence why I voted for you on some of them. I wish you luck in all your categories, Banshee. _________________

Despite being inactive for months, I missed this place. I voted PPM for four categories, including Best Webmaster. Banshee is simply a vital person in the community, but that's me. _________________

So did I. Honestly, PPM is the first place I turn to when it comes to modding information and question-asking. It deserves the praise it gets. QUICK_EDIT
Yeah, me too, but I think that we should have our own PPM Forum Awards. The winners could get custom ranks, for example... _________________ in 2009 to Florence. Viva Italia! QUICK_EDIT

In the end of the last year we had something like that. But it was between Return of the Dawn 2.3, Tiberian Sun: Total War 1.05 and Tiberian Sun Retro 1.21. _________________
