ai defence buildings

i've added some defence buildings for nod
one heavy sam building and one heavy obelisk type

but i haven't been able to get the ai to build them as defences alongside with the other defences

BuildDefense=NAOBEL ; base defenses are based on these buildings
BuildPDefense=NAOBEL ; excess power base defense
BuildAA=NASAM ; air defenses based on these buildings

add to it or add AIBuildThis=yes for just 1 also base defense tag
