CommandAndConquer.Ea.Com... so.. what's that?

APOC recently revealed in a 'Are You The Biggest C&C Fan?' announcement that something big would appear at www.commandandconquer.ea.com on november 3rd (tomorrow). Today, it still redirects to the Generals site. So, whats that big thing? Any guesses?

Ok, first.. my guess. As some of you may know, when Ensemble Studios launched Age Of Empires III, they've made a http://www.agecommunity.com site, to support their community. My guess is that this commandandconquer.ea.com won't be much different from it. An official C&C community site or, at least, the official C&C franchise site... but this is my guess.

What's your guess? If I miss and you reply with the correct answer before 13:00 on GMT, tomorrow, (that should be about 14 hours from now), you'll get a custom rank... BUT... I'll only consider the first item of your first reply, as long as your message isn't edited. Good luck!

Anyway. I don't know whether it's my hopes that are controlling what I expect but something tells me EA isn't going to leave us in the dark anymore. I think, and hope, this is about a new Command & Conquer, while a BIG part of me wishes it was Westwood instead. I don't wanna be dissappointed.

Or maybe they will just have a one of those things where you look at a picture to see if there's anything wrong with it and all of a sudden a screaming zombie pops up, you know, to celebrate Halloween #Tongue

Something big can only be an announcement of a new C&C game.

A site dedicated to the franchise - well, a bit too late.
If at all, then including info about a next C&C.
Why else would they spend money into the webmasters?

A community site, well, I think EA actually knows that the community has its great places and doesn't really need new ones.

So a new game is maybe the only possibility left.
Or the greatest disappointment of the decade.

afaik, ra1 is the beginning of the C&C Storyline Wink

And according to some petro interviews - RA2 AND YR are also a part of the storyline...

Maybe they've rebuilt the ra2 site? Laughing

I doubt it's a new game though. It's probably just another community site.

2. The next RA game...
3. The next tiberian series game
4. Generals Patch 1.5
5. C&C's own 3d modelling tool
6. New CNC Generals Xpack
7. Totally new C&C game
8. Special coverage on C&C stuff (mods, artwork, videos, renders, 3d models, beta version of C&C games...)
9. C&C stuff that was never released before (renders, artwork, videos, 3d models, beta versions)

Indeed.

Its 1:16 GMT as I type this, according to my clock, which may well be wrong.

I do hope you realise that that's merely the time limit for this mini competition, EA won't be posting anything for at least about another 7 hours.

Yep, it looks pretty bad right now... They haven't, as far as I can see, trademarked TT, so that may rule out that possibility...

Well I'm hopeing to Hell that this new site is going to have something about a new C&C product... I'll type it again. A new C&C, "PRODUCT". Not specifically TT or RA3, just something to do with C&C product. ANYTHING to do with a new C&C product. Anything at all. What do I mean by anything? Use your imagination.

Really, EA wouldn't use http://commandandconquer.ea.com to announce a patch. To have a major subdomain like that implies importance, or a new C&C site. If it were the latter, then they would simply replace the existing site and not hype it up.

The game only sucks to those who have less than one braincell, or the ones who havent got the expansion pack and can think rationally: Until now the only person qualified for that is Clazzy.
