It seems you have a problem with your voxels hva. you'll need to make a better hva for it with the HVA editor. (go and check the main menu's command & conquer utilities)

might not be the HVA, might be the offsets. if i were you i'd look at the VXL header. and then if everything looks normal (the min and max values should be simular, except 1 is + the other -. except Z i tihnk, the hight wants to be 0 for min.)
also check HVA afterwards.

Okay... Try the C:/Westwood/ (Something like that) folder...
